What to expect

How do we manage files from beginning to end?

Initial assessment and confirmation of mandate

We hold an initial assessment meeting with you to fully understand your business needs and the case at hand.
Once the strategy is determined and the mandate is confirmed, we move ahead.

Assignment & gathering

Our team handles all communications with you and with the foreign worker. We remain at the center of the relationship between all parties involved.
We collect required information and documents to prepare the immigration application.

Preparation and drafting of the legal content

Our team drafts all forms, letters, and supporting documents required to submit the immigration application to the authorities.

Finalization and filing of the application

Our team coordinates the review and signature of the documents by all involved parties.
We then prepare the final application for filing; we make any necessary changes to ensure the information presented is compliant and to maximize the chances of success of the application.
A lawyer performs a final review to ensure legal compliance.
We proceed with the filing of the application and document everything to the file.

Processing of the application and approval of status

Our team provides ongoing representation during the processing of the application. When necessary we reach out to relevant parties within the immigration system in an attempt to allow you to reach your business objectives.
Upon receiving approval, our team reviews the status’ compliance, informs the employer and applicant of their respective obligations, and coordinates the delivery of the immigration document to the applicant.
