Camille Régent is a senior lawyer and team leader in business immigration at Galileo Partners in Montreal. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2018, she advises Canadian and international employers on all aspects of immigration to Canada and Quebec; including work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), and international workforce mobility strategies. Her practice is primarily focused on the civil engineering; manufacturing and energy sectors. Positioning herself as a true partner to her clients, she creatively translates their operational needs into concrete legal solutions that enable them to achieve their business objectives.
A graduate of Université de Sherbrooke Faculty of Law (LL.B., 2016) and a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2018, Camille Régent has built a recognized practice in business immigration law at Galileo Partners. She supports companies of all sizes in their expansion projects and in filling vacant positions; developing immigration strategies adapted to their operational realities in labour-intensive specialized sectors such as civil engineering, industrial manufacturing, and energy.
Camille also brings a personal understanding of the Canadian immigration process; having gone through it herself. This experience gives her unique insight into the human and logistical challenges of international mobility; allowing her to provide enhanced support to both workers and business professionals navigating the process. Deeply engaged internationally, she represented Quebec in Côte d’Ivoire at the Francophone Youth Parliament and completed an international cooperation internship in Nicaragua.
