Biography

Francis Grignet is one of the founding partners of Galieo Partners. Since the beginning of his practice, Francis has devoted himself exclusively to the field of business immigration.

He currently leads the legal services in Galileo’s international recruitment team; in this role, Francis assists employers on a legal level during the planning and deployment of structuring and integrative international recruitment projects. Francis and his team implement immigration strategies adapted to the workforce planning and to the operational reality of business clients, while also taking into account the presence or absence of a union in the workplace.

In the cases he manages, he uses creativity, rigor and transversal skills acquired through his entrepreneurial career to achieve the objectives of Galileo Partners’ clients. On a day-to-day basis, Francis provides the legal component of customized international recruitment strategies, serving and supporting employer operations. To achieve this, he ensures that the usage of the International Mobility Program (IMP) and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) is being maximized.

Francis thrives on doing fieldwork in a constantly changing environment. He avoids routine tasks. Business immigration and the complex cases in which he acts are an inexhaustible source of professional challenges for him. His approach to the business challenges he encounters is structuring and reassuring for Galileo’s clients.
